We provide award-winning support to mortgage brokers in order to help them grow their businesses and meet the regulatory requirements of the FCA. Overview Due to business growth, we have an exciting opportunity to be part of our Marketing Team. This new role has been created to help drive the next phase of our growth by specifically supporting our Appointed Representative (AR) and Directly Authorised (DA) recruitment teams. We’re looking for an experienced, results-oriented marketing professional to plan and execute lead generation programs to fill our pipeline. Reporting into the Head Of Marketing you will be remote based but be able, and willing, to travel when required. What you’ll do Work with the Head of Marketing, and in collaboration with our AR and DA recruitment teams, set and deliver the recruitment marketing strategy. Ownership of all recruitment marketing activity across a range of mediums including: print, email, social media, PPC, SEO, and events. Work closely with the in-house Graphic Designer to produce all supporting collateral and content needed. Any other tasks delegated by line manager to support the team and company as required. Who we’re looking for We’re looking for a team player with: A degree-level qualification in marketing or professional marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent). At least two years B2B marketing experience at a Marketing Manager level. Self-motivated and commercially astute with a proven history of meeting targets. Excellent written, verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational and time management skills for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines. Eligibility to work in the UK and everything it takes to successfully complete pre-employment screening You’ll need a B2B marketing background, with a particular expertise in developing and executing lead generation campaigns. You should be highly analytical and measurement-driven, focusing marketing resources in the areas that provide the best returns.
