Job Responsibilities:
1. Received customer order, commit delivery to the customer based on material availability and production capacity.
2. Issue manufacturing work order to the production accordingly based on what was committed to the customer.
3. Ensure all delivery committed to the customer meet by working very closely with material buyer and production scheduler.
4. Prepare delivery report to the customer as and when there is pull in/push out request from the customer.
5. Communicate and provide solution to the customer as and when there is issue pops out and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Act as a coordinator between customer and internal team.
7. Assist Business Manager in product costing and prepare quotation to the customer accordingly.
8. Constantly review the customer forecast and issue manufacturing work order to the production in order to have sufficient quantity to support the customer forecast.
9. Analyse the cost content whenever there is any ECN that involves material and process change.
10. Prepare material liability report whenever there is ECN or EOL product.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): MS Office, MRP.
3. Working experience in planning and customer service will be an added advantage.
4. Flexible to work additional hours if necessary.
5. Self-discipline and good communication skills.
6. Customer-oriented.
