Business Analyst - HR (Workday Pay Data Expansion Project) 4 Month Contract Hybrid Our global life sciences client are looking for a Business Analyst to join them on a 4 month contract basis. You will be working on a project focused on expanding the usage of allowances and one-time payments in Workday. This role will play a key part in enhancing their HR processes, improving user experience, and increasing standardization across their global operations. Accountabilities: Collect and consolidate data from various countries regarding current allowances and one-time payment practices Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement and standardization Assist the Process Lead in developing design principles for the future state process Develop detailed test plans and test cases for new functionalities Liaise between technical teams, HR operations, and business stakeholders Maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and process maps Support design, implementation of mechanisms and analysis to track post-implementation process metrics Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR technology projects Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in process mapping and requirements gathering techniques Preferred Exeprience: Experience with global HR projects involving multiple countries and regions Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies Familiarity with HR processes, particularly in compensation and payroll areas To apply for this position please submit your CV.
