About the Role
Title: Account Executive
Location: Central London, 2/3 days in office
Salary & Package: Up to £65,000 base + Double OTE
Summary:
360 Mid Market AE role (100% leads inbound)
Land and expand model
Midmarket: 100-999 employees
MM win rate 25% lead to close
AOV: 30k Sales cycle: 130 days
Selling into: All - Deskless workforce largest vertical
Clients Include: Tesco, Coca Cola, Gap, Marriott, Siemens
Opportunity to move to Enterprise 12-18 months
Tech: Gong, Momentum, Salesforce, Apollo, Uhubs
Experience (Must Haves)
3+ years proven track record of exceeding targets in an outbound focused closing role
SDR experience advantageous
Experience selling to Csuite (multithreading, complex deals)
Start up mentality, strong commercial acumen, technical understanding
Ideally sold a complex product previously
