Role Overview Seeking a dynamic and proactive Lead Generation/Presales Executive to join their growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless sales process by engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and qualifying leads before passing them to the sales team. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and enhancing the overall sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities of the Lead Generation Executive Engage with outbound leads via phone, email, and online inquiries to assess their needs. Qualify potential customers based on their requirements, budget, and purchasing intent. Maintain an up-to-date CRM with lead data and customer interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies. Key Skills & Experience of the Lead Generation Executive Previous experience in a presales, lead generation, sales support, or lead qualification role is preferred but not essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Especially on the phone. Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of the automotive or vehicle leasing industry is an advantage but not essential.
