As we expand, we're seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Business Partner to join our team.
This role is vital in enhancing our relationships with data center clients across EMEA, ensuring we continue to meet their evolving needs with agility and excellence.
Working closely with the Operations and Project Management teams at Salute, this position is responsible for the financial reporting and analysis of individual projects.
The scope of this position is concentrated in revenue and job cost analysis and includes transactional support and research.
Responsibilities: Works closely with Project Managers to update project plans Verifies accurate input of POs and COs in CRM/ERP Assists with analysing and reviewing project billing Assists with analysing and reviewing project revenue and profitability forecasting Assists with monthly P&L reviews Conducts project reviews with Project Managers on a bi-weekly/monthly basis Works with PMs to generate client specific project reporting Other accounting tasks as needed related to projects Monitors and analyses costs, billing and revenue associated with projects Investigates project plan variances and works with PMs to reconcile Assists with preparing month-entries related to revenue and expense accruals and various other JE’s as related to projects Other duties assigned may include month-end and YE financial closing tasks Desired Experiences/Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Experience in professional services or data center background a plus Able to communicate well within the organization as remote employee Knowledge of Sage Intacct or similar accounting software package a plus Knowledge of Salesforce a plus Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) Possess positive attitude & team-player with a customer service mindset Must possess strong project management skills Excellent problem-solving skills Must be detail oriented Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively What you’ll get from us At Salute, we don’t have employees.
