Role Overview
This position supports our Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Senior Paraplanners by preparing high-quality, client-focused suitability reports. It involves managing and updating the CRM.
Key Responsibilities
Suitability Report Preparation
Compliance and Record Maintenance
Client Service and Support
* Assist in managing client inquiries, working closely with the administrative team to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.
Team Collaboration and Process Adherence:
* Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and updated on procedures, company products, and industry developments.
* Exercise initiative in managing your own tasks and consult with the IFAs and Senior Paraplanners on workload priorities.
* Other Responsibilities:
* Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach in all interactions.
* Attend training courses and events as required to further develop skills.
* Contribute to the team’s success by taking on additional duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Experience Required
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in financial services, particularly with a focus on FCA compliance.
* Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with updating client files electronically.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to assess information critically, draw comparisons, and identify essential details within complex reports.
* Report Writing: Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured, and comprehensive suitability reports.
