Perform a variety of routines clerical and administrative support duties including:
* Data Management / inputs, reports, record keeping
* Creating purchase orders through SAP
* Supporting departments with raising POs
* Assisting Buyers on a daily basis
* Liaising with Vendors over the phone and through email
How to thrive in this role?
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Able to work Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
* Strong verbal & written communication skills
* Organizational skills: ability to prioritize and work independently, meet deadlines, multitask and balance various assignments
* Interpersonal skills: work in a team of dynamic individuals, ability to remain professional through stressful situations
* Excellent customer service skills
