Pay Rate: £83.40 - £95 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Provide 1:1 and group support for students, helping them to access the curriculum.
2. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
3. Support students with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and social, emotional, or behavioural challenges.
4. Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
5. Help manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
6. Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
