The quality of the service provided is determined by the performance of their assets in delivering high availability electricity and gas transmission to electricity traders and gas shippers as they seek to maximise value to stakeholders by operating efficiently and by reducing the cost of capital and operating costs.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Projects, the role of Human Resources Manager is to provide an exceptional support service to managers, employees and stakeholders within the Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility arena by adding value, delivering best practice and implementing the People and Corporate Responsibility plan
Experience
The successful candidate will display the following experience and skills:
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
• CIPD qualification.
• Proven experience operating in a pressurised environment, requiring discretion, tact, diplomacy and judgement when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience of developing and implementing a robust HR Strategy.
