Premier Work Support are looking for experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for their next opportunity. You will be working alongside a dedicated team in the Basildon area.
Duties:
1. Processing of supplier invoices and reconciling statements
2. Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining financial records
3. Supporting month-end processes and assisting with audits
4. Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
5. Speak to suppliers to discuss payments
6. Ensuring all invoices are correct
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
2. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
3. Strong accounting software and Excel skills
4. Able to communicate and problem-solve
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm, Friday 7.30am - 1.45pm
