What you will do
Customer Service Representative – Dunstable
Renault Truck Commercials' prestigious Chiltern Dealership based in Dunstable is looking for an excellent and experienced Vehicle Dealership Service Advisor to provide a service to customers that will promote the profitable sale of Workshop Services and Products.
Paying c£30,000 DOE plus overtime paid at time and a half
Mon-Fri 44 hrs - rotating week about: 08.00 to 18.00 and 06.00 to 16.00 with alternate Saturday mornings paid at time and a half.
If you have the following skills, we'd like to hear from you:
* Vehicle Dealership experience
* Familiarisation of book times
* Familiarisation with Vehicle parts
* Understanding of relevant systems relating to the Service Department including changes and ongoing developments
* Interested in product development by reading relevant technical information issued
* Good communication skills, both written and oral
* Confidence and upselling skills
This position is the first point of contact for both face-to-face and telephone customers and is a central position between the workshop and service areas of the business as well as involvement in the support of admin and invoicing functions.
