Operations Team Leader / Supervisor
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Salary: Up to £30,000 plus £6,000 bonus

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Team Leader to oversee and guide a dedicated team within our fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a small team, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
2. Operational Oversight: Manage daily workflows to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
3. Health and Safety Compliance: Uphold and promote a strong health and safety culture, ensuring all team members adhere to established protocols.
