>>Who we are: Keystone is a long-established marketing consultancy based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire; building and executing marketing activity for B2B organisations experiencing growth, as well as orchestrating community engagement campaigns for community centric organisations. We love what we do and over the last 11 years have earned a strong reputation for excellence and impact; working with clients locally, regionally and nationally. We’re proud to work on behalf of clients across the public sector and in the not for profit arena, and for businesses delivering innovation in sectors such as insurance, technology and engineering. We’re not a traditional marketing agency rolling out marketing materials. We’re a consultancy that places strategy and bigger-picture thinking at the heart of our work. Helping organisations understand their vision, identify challenges, assess their current position and generate campaigns that ignite audiences is our happy place. Our team boasts substantial skills and understanding of marketing principles and audience engagement across multiple sectors and audiences; developing strategy, content and campaigns that strongly engage and inspire action. We offer this skillset to high-growth B2B organisations looking to elevate their marketing impact, and are also highly regarded for our community engagement specialism - which we utilise in projects for the public sector, local Government and not-for-profits. >>Our new role: We need someone who can take the reins on campaign planning, account management, and execution across our entire work portfolio for our fabulous clients. If you’re a strategic thinker with a knack for delivering campaigns and managing projects that stand out from the crowd, this might be the role for you. You’ll be handling multiple client accounts, ensuring everything we do meets (or better yet, exceeds - because we’re such people pleasers) client expectations. And you’ll own projects from start to finish, keeping them on track, on budget, and aligned with set goals. >>What you’ll do: With your campaign hat on, you’ll be responsible for: o Campaign Planning & Execution: From big ideas to the nitty-gritty, you’ll work closely with our team to deliver campaigns across various platforms, including social media, paid social ads, email, and more. Primarily for Keystone clients, but you’ll also take leadership of Keystone’s own marketing activity too o Content Creation: Bring ideas to life by crafting engaging content that resonates. You’ll need to be comfortable writing across different channels and tailoring messages to each. But don’t worry, our Head of Communications and Head of Creative will support you all the way And with your client hat on, you’ll also take ownership of: o Client Management: You’re the person our clients can rely on. You’ll build strong relationships, understand their needs, keep them in the loop, and make sure they’re thrilled with our results. o Project Coordination: This is your baby You’ll make sure each client is set up and onboarded, and that campaign work delivered on time, on brief, and on budget (working within our agency management platform). You’ll be supported by: o Close Working Relationships: You’ll be working closely with Keystone’s Founder Hayley Williams, as well as our in-house Head of Communications and Head of Creative - and also our wider contractors and freelancer partners too. o Collaboration: We’re a team of self-starters with a “get-it-done” attitude. You’ll fit right in by supporting the team, staying organised, and keeping everyone on track. >>Why you’ll love it here: We’re a small, friendly team where culture matters a lot. We’re flexible because we trust each other to get things done. We want you to feel at home here, to know you’re valued, and to feel part of something you’re proud of. This role isn’t just a job; it’s a place where you can make a real impact. Our small but perfectly formed team is built on shared values and a passion for our work. If this sounds like a place you’d thrive, we’d love to hear from you We operate out of a central St Neots base, with a desk and a warm welcome waiting… Requirements >>What we’re looking for: We’re confident our new recruit will be able to make the role their own, with potential fast-track opportunities.
