We are looking for a confident and competent Painter to join our community team to assist with our painting programme across The Pioneer Groups current stock.
Painter responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Community you will play an important part in making Castle Vale a pleasant and attractive place to live
* Planned and reactive maintenance of internal and external painting works across The Pioneer Groups portfolio.
* You will be responsible for internal and external painting works.
* Helping ensure Castle Vale and surrounding areas remains an attractive place where people want to live and work.
* Have targets set to ensure you deliver the painting programme on time and effectively.
* The role is also responsible for visiting communal blocks, carrying out minor repairs and referring issues when the business requires it.
The successful Painter will:
* Hold a full UK driving license
* Have some knowledge and experience with painting and/or decorating
* Have the ability to undertake physically demanding duties
* Have the ability to carry out minor repairs / basic maintenance duties.
* Have the ability to work with targets and programmes
* Be able to manage their own workload
* Work on own initiative
