The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Workplace Analyst to join our clients International Workplace team and take workplace operations to the next level. In this role, you’ll support the international offices by using data-driven insights and technology to optimise workplace experiences, enhance team productivity, and drive cost-efficiency across the board.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Workplace Analytics & Reporting
* Develop and implement streamlined data collection processes.
* Produce powerful reports and presentations that drive workplace strategy decisions.
* Use data to identify continuous improvement opportunities and refine workplace initiatives.
Program Coordination
* Manage international workplace programs to ensure efficient and consistent global operations.
* Track progress, report status, and keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.
* Collaborate across borders to enhance workplace coordination and effectiveness.
Technology Integration
* Identify and integrate new tech solutions—including AI—to improve workplace processes.
* Leverage automation and best practices to streamline tasks and workflows.
* Develop flow diagrams to help visualize and optimize process integration.
Financial Tracking & Analysis
* Track and analyse the financial performance of workplace programs.
* Provide insights on cost optimization strategies.
* Ensure that programs stay on budget while maximizing value.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
* Lead initiatives for continuous improvement across workplace operations.
* Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication.
* Stay ahead of trends to create an environment of innovation and excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Analytics, or a related field.
* Proficiency in numerical reporting and accounting principles.
* Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience in system and process planning and a passion for technology and innovation.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
* Strong understanding of workplace management and project management principles.
* Bonus points for experience with sustainability practices or workplace management systems.
