National Field Manager – Activation
THE ROLE OF NATIONAL FIELD MANAGER:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Field Manager to lead a team of 10 field-based Brand Activation Managers supporting one of the world’s biggest companies in launching their exciting new Oral Nicotine brand. This role will be responsible for taking the client's direction and turning it into actions and deliverables, managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional performance from the team, and maintaining a strong and effective relationship with our client to align with their strategic objectives.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
1. Spend adequate time in the field with your team, coaching, developing, and training them in the key aspects of their job.
2. Deliver operational and sales performance.
3. Client engagement.
4. Internal stakeholder and market engagement.
ABOUT YOU:
Essentials:
* Demonstrable track record of coaching, developing and mentoring a field-based team to achieve company and individual objectives and targets.
* Experience with relationship management of key accounts.
* Excited by the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment.
* Great team player with the ability to inspire and motivate, with an outgoing & approachable personality.
* Be highly organised with great time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook).
* Full driving license.
WHAT WE OFFER:
* Base Salary up to: £50,000.
* Commission: up to £10,000.
