This is an exciting opportunity for the successful Account Executive to work for a food manufacturer who have been established over 50 years and have gained themselves a reputation for excellence within that time, due to a steady increase in orders and new customers thereof they are now looking to recruit and bolster out their Accounts & Customer Service teams where duties will include:
* Processing sales orders
* Liaising with other teams where required
* Arranging EU deliveries including commercial invoices
* Taking incoming customer calls (overflow)
* Tracking deliveries
* Posting cash
* Posting invoices
* Managing aged debtors
* Credit Control
* Managing courier claims & related complaints
* Processing refunds/credit notes/returns/collections
* General administration
* Reporting
It is expected that the successful Account Executive will have experience of working in a sales, customer service or credit control role previously and be:
* Proficient on creating and utilisation of spreadsheets
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills
* Experience of accounting software
* Flexible and adaptable
* Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
* Be organised
* Having a problem-solving mindset
* Be able to work independently
