Principle Accountabilities
1. Invoicing
2. Parts management
3. Outstanding work orders
4. PPM
5. Contract works/quotes and contract specific administration roles.
6. Work alongside operational management teams
7. Manage the administrative functions associated with FM service accounts.
Key Experience Required
1. At least 2 years of experience in management and administration
2. Invoicing experience mandatory
3. Proven experience as a service desk manager
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Excellent organisational skills
6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
7. High attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy
