We are currently seeking a Data Centre Specialist to join our team in Gateshead In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and retrieval of records within our warehouse environment. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our records management processes while maintaining a safe and organised workspace. Your role in our mission: Accurately receive, process, and store incoming records and materials in accordance with company procedures. Retrieve and prepare records for client requests, ensuring timely and efficient service. Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Assist in maintaining an organised and clean warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to optimise operational efficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients with their records management needs. Valued skills and experience: Relevant experience in warehouse operations or records management is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, warehouse management software & the ability to use handheld scanners Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
