We are seeking two Learning Session Leaders to join our award-winning team and assist in the delivery of our exciting STEM-based learning programme for visiting schools, colleges, universities, and family groups, as well as our virtual learning programme.
Bletchley Park is a vibrant heritage attraction, open daily to visitors, revealing the secrets and telling fascinating stories of the secret British World War Two codebreaking operations. As a Learning Session Leader, you will be enthusiastic about facilitating learning and sharing Bletchley Park’s stories via engaging, interactive, and cross-curricular workshop sessions. You’ll have the ability to think on your feet, a ‘can do’ attitude, and exemplary communication skills for a wide range of audiences. You’ll also need a background in delivering successful learning activities in a museum, heritage, or learning environment and enjoy exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
You will be based on site at Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes (MK3 6EB).
We are recruiting for two posts, each working core shifts covering Thursday and Friday 9.40am – 3.10pm across 38 mainly term time weeks per year. In addition, we require 10 floating non-core shifts per annum. The salary is £8,083.57 (based on £33,325.50 FTE).
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet the needs of our learning groups, attend training, and team meetings is required.
