We are looking for a Head Waiter/Waitress to join this organically evolving team and be a part of our journey in becoming a notable food destination for the area.
Having eleven 5* bedrooms, creates an opportunity to navigate both corporate and leisure business.
The ideal candidate will have previous fine dining/rosette experience, with a sound knowledge of food & beverage.
Upskilling will be provided by the senior management team where required. A close working relationship across the whole team, means that you will be a key player in the development of service patterns, new menu implementation and beverage delivery.
Driving essential due to remote location of the venue.
