Looking for an Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience in construction. My client is looking for a get-up-and-go type character who is eager to learn and ready to get stuck into a new role.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Project Manager, as the Assistant Site Manager, you will be expected to manage the site and oversee 2 units of the new build development until completion. There are 11 units in total; you will be looking after 2 of them, overseeing workers on site, completing site reports, KPIs, liaising with clients, etc.
Experience & Knowledge required:
1. Good construction experience
2. Strong understanding of new build projects/new build developments
3. Excellent attitude to learn and grow within the business
4. Good attention to detail
5. Experience in managing a team of workers
