About the role As Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of software solutions, managing the entire lifecycle from concept to launch. Reporting to the Head of Business Solutions, you will drive execution of development projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives and customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality, while maintaining a clear focus on the product’s success in the market. Mears continue to push the envelope for their in-house solutions, delivering responsive, secure and performant applications across a varied mix of platforms. To support this, it is essential that the software is fit for purpose. The Product Delivery Manager will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing cross-functional teams, sprints, and product backlogs. Holding strong leadership and team management skills is essential and you must have had experience in guiding teams through complex projects and fostering collaboration across departments and to incorporate all of this, excellent communication and interpersonal skills is crucial, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations at all levels. Role Criteria: Extensive experience managing large-scale software development projects Proven track record in both Project and Product Management roles Demonstrated experience in managing projects with a strong customer focus Relevant experience within a software development environment. Experience delivering projects using cloud-based technologies and platforms Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project) and product management tools (e.g., Aha, Monday).
