Responsibilities:
* Visiting care homes, hospitals, and private customers to understand their specific healthcare needs
* Offering tailored product recommendations based on customer requirements
* Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
* Staying informed about industry trends, product innovations, and market dynamics
* Delivering exceptional customer service and support at all stages of the sales process
* Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions within CRM systems
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a field sales role is preferred, ideally within the healthcare sector; however, we welcome driven graduates with the right attitude to excel in sales
* A compassionate and empathetic approach to customer engagement
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A consultative approach to sales, including problem-solving and presenting customized solutions
* Ability to digest and present technical product information clearly
* Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
* Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets and objectives
* Clean driving license (up to 3 penalty points permitted)
* Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
