Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £14 per hour, reflecting the competitive market rate for a skilled Executive Chef Leader in the Siemens Hull area.

Job Description
This Executive Chef Leader position requires a seasoned professional with excellent creative culinary skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Menu planning and execution in collaboration with the head chef to deliver high-quality dishes that meet customer expectations.
2. Training and supervising kitchen staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure seamless team operations.
3. Monitoring inventory and managing stock levels to maintain cost control and minimize waste.
4. Fostering positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
5. Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
6. Managing kitchen budgets, reporting financial performance, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
7. Ensuring accurate records of inventory, orders, and food preparation processes, adhering to regulatory requirements.
