Office Administrator Billingshurst £25,000 We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our well established and bespoke development client. The role be based in Billingshurst and comes with a salary of £25,000. Responsibilities for Office Administrator Obtaining quotes, negotiating, and buying materials for projects. Responsibility for all factory vehicles, plant and equipment – including maintenance contracts, insurance and repairs Providing administrative assistance to the Factory Manager Communicating with suppliers and trades personnel Maintaining effective stock control systems and undertaking regular stock takes Responsibility for health and safety at the factory Preparing all relevant paperwork/documentation for Trade audits Monitoring holiday and sickness Requirements for Office Administrator Strong organisation and administration experience High attention to detail Excellent communication skills Flexible and able to adapt to change Experience of the construction industry – ideal but not essential Fully conversant with Microsoft Office Able to manage workload proficiently If the Office Administrator role has taken your interest, or you have any questions, apply with your latest CV and I will be in touch to discuss the next steps of your application.
