Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Manage the HR, recruitment, and payroll departments, ensuring efficiency and robust employee support.
* Provide insightful reports on key HR metrics, including staff turnover and absences, and drive initiatives to improve job satisfaction and welfare facilities.
* Lead weekly recruitment meetings and provide regular reports on key HR metrics.
* Oversee performance reviews and probation sign-offs within the department.
* Maintain headcount in line with company demand and implement software solutions to improve the efficiency of payroll, recruitment, and HR operations.
* Ensure timely issuance of reports to keep the management team informed of HR activities.
Requirements:
* CIPD qualification is required.
* Experience with skilled worker visas for foreign workers is essential.
* Proven track record in a Senior HR role covering multiple departments.
* Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations, particularly around right to work and sponsorship licensing.
