Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll manage and develop content for our B2B and B2C digital channels, including our parent ordering app, hospitality ordering app, client portal, digital signage portal, social media platforms, and websites. Your efforts will help us to understand and engage with our stakeholders and ensure an exceptional digital experience across all platforms.
Role Responsibilities:
* Degree or equivalent – desirable fields include but are not limited to marketing, digital media, communications, etc.
* Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and channel management.
* Proficient in creating engaging content, including copywriting, video production, photography, and graphic design.
* Experience with website CMS, email marketing platforms, push notifications, digital signage, and social media scheduling tools.
* Understanding of digital analytics and performance tracking (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
* Knowledge of marketing integration with CRM systems desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
* Organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
* A passion for digital marketing, food, and creating exciting experiences for users.
