Intercity Technology is looking for Microsoft Product & Proposition Lead to support in developing and marketing Microsoft-based propositions. This role involves working alongside commercial teams to maximise value from the Microsoft partner programme and deliver products and services to the UK SME marketplace, focusing on Teams, M365, AVD, Azure, and security. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales specialists, commercial, and technical solution teams to understand customer needs and build compelling propositions. Stay on top of market trends and perform analysis to inform product strategies. Assist sales teams in achieving targets and provide input to major bid responses. Manage the product lifecycle of Microsoft-based services, from inception to decommissioning. Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and define business cases. Plan the development, marketing, and delivery of products, measure success, and coordinate decommissioning. Work with colleagues across the business to ensure effective delivery and roll-out of new products. Incorporate customer and colleague feedback into product planning. Identify and develop compelling service value propositions using our products and solutions. Occasionally travel and stay overnight as required, maintaining a work/life balance. Experience and Knowledge: Relevant Microsoft sales certifications, preferably in Microsoft M365, Desktop, Modern Workplace Server & Networks, Security. ITIL knowledge. 4 years' experience in a customer-facing product manager role for Microsoft services. Detailed knowledge of Microsoft-based products and services and supporting infrastructure. Experience in a similar role for a system integrator, service provider, or Microsoft. Understanding of Microsoft partner programmes and commercial incentives. Experience working with marketing teams for lead activation, sales enablement, and product launches. Experience with commercial businesses, public sector, and third-sector organisations. Desirable Experience: Teams and Modern Workplace. Security solutions. M365. Power Apps. Private, Hybrid, and Public Cloud Infrastructure, including Azure.
