Job Description
As an Audit and Accounts Manager in our Truro offices, you will report directly to the partners and be responsible for managing the delivery of audit and year-end accounts services to a diverse portfolio. You will manage teams and individuals to deliver this work while providing coaching and support to junior staff. Additionally, you will review and finalize work and prepare reports, maintaining a high commitment to quality and ensuring that service quality is upheld. This key hire comes at a stage of growth and development within the firm, offering the right person a clear path to progress and play a key role in the firm's ongoing success.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify for this Audit and Accounts Manager role, you should be ACA or ACCA qualified, with a demonstrable career background in UK accountancy practice firms. Experience across audit, accounts, and wider service provision is essential, as is the ability to manage the delivery of services to varied clients. You should also be looking to further your career in a firm where you see potential for career advancement.
