We are seeking a Technical Administrator to provide essential support to our Technical Consultants across both training and consultancy services. Role Overview: As a Technical Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our technical department by assisting with documentation, client communications, appointment scheduling, and general administrative duties. Key Responsibilities: Format technical documents to meet company standards. Send welcome and renewal packs to clients. Schedule and confirm appointments for technical consultants. Prepare and send training confirmation letters and certificates. Take minutes at staff and technical meetings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files. Assist in the distribution of the monthly technical newsletter. Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition. General Office Duties: Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries. Manage incoming and outgoing post and faxes. Maintain office tidiness and provide refreshments for staff and visitors. Arrange travel, accommodation, and parking as needed. Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner. Who We’re Looking For: Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in a technical or consultancy environment is advantageous but not essential.
