Salary: £43,056 basic (including average overtime £6,743) – approx. £49,000 p/a

Hourly Rate: £20.70 p/h | Overtime: £35.12 p/h

Are you a skilled engineer looking for a hands-on role with plenty of overtime potential? We’re recruiting a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join a leading food storage and processing business in the Dundee area. This is your chance to support a busy operation, tackle breakdowns, and drive site-wide improvements – all while working in a dynamic, close-knit team.

What You’ll Do:

* Respond quickly to breakdowns, minimising downtime across plant and machinery.
* Carry out reactive and proactive maintenance, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), to keep everything running smoothly.
* Repair equipment efficiently during production, solo or with your team.
* Uphold health & safety standards and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
* Maintain daily engineering logs and assist with stock control in stores.
* Collaborate across departments to boost performance, hygiene, and quality.
