As a Salesperson, you'll be at the forefront of transforming retirees' dreams into reality. On site, they have swimming pools, gyms, fitness/yoga classes, etc.
The Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Build Relationships: Connect with retirees and their families, understanding their unique needs and desires.
* Showcase Luxury: Present our exclusive homes in a compelling and persuasive manner.
* Guide the Journey: Assist clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries to closing the deal.
* Grow Professionally: Benefit from ongoing training and development opportunities to excel in your career.
Experience needed for the Sales Consultant:
* You will come from an Estate Agency or Real Estate background and have sold properties.
* You will be an extremely empathetic person who possesses excellent emotional intelligence.
* Based near Edgware, you will attend the site daily.
* You will have excellent communication skills and patience. You will be working with the elderly, and occasionally there may be some communication issues.
* Whilst the role is heavily focused on customer service, you will naturally be sales and target driven as there will be targets.
Package:
On offer for the successful Sales Consultant is a basic of up to £45,000 with a realistic OTE of £65,000. There are multiple other benefits with the business that will be discussed at the interview stage.
