We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative Design team at Cotes Mill, our headquarters in Leicestershire. Our ideal Graphic Designer is someone who is: professional focused efficient thorough proficient at photo editing confident in working with large amounts of text, spotting mistakes etc. naturally creative with an obsessive eye for consistency and fine details enthusiastic about design with a good understanding of brand identity We will consider recent creative graduates as well as applicants with several years of professional experience for this position. All applicants should be competent in using Adobe Creative Suite programs like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and XD (or similar such as Figma). Your role will involve working with our Creative Design team to develop the deVOL brand identity across a range of platforms, including our website and online shop, digital marketing software, product packaging and print materials, national and local magazine adverts, print brochures and books. Tasks will include: working closely with the Directors to design and develop new projects. editing the latest photos of our kitchens and accessory products. uploading and managing content on our website. refining the user experience and designing new features for our website. developing and ordering branded print materials, including our brochures. producing monthly adverts for a range of international, national and local magazines. liaising with our PR and Marketing Team, Product Development Team and our Web Development Team on a variety of projects. occasionally working on projects for our sister company, Floors of Stone, and other external clients. Cotes Mill is a rare and uniquely beautiful location to work from; a 1000-year-old water mill with 12 acres of grounds, full of wildlife and bordered by the River Soar. We have four floors of kitchen displays and antique furniture to explore. You will receive a competitive salary based on experience and you will receive performance appraisals throughout your first year where your pay will be reviewed.
