This full-time position, with one day per week working from home, requires a proactive and adaptable individual. The main responsibilities include:
* Finance admin (40% of the role)- Using QuickBooks to process and code invoices, primarily for the café, especially during the busy summer months.
* Marketing Admin tasks
- Updating the website with event information.- Coordinating with local magazines to upload event details.- Managing social media content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including writing posts and adding relevant hashtags.- Creating brochures and event flyers for local hotels, using pre-written content and images.
* PA Duties
- Answering phone calls.- Monitoring the Director's inbox.- Organising meetings.- You will work closely with an Executive Assistant in the office.What you'll need to succeed
