We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and self-driven individual to join our fastest-growing sales team. The role will involve managing and enhancing the daily delivery of business flows including financial illustrations, applications, general enquiries and training. The role will suit someone driven, who enjoys working in a forward-thinking, fast-paced environment, enjoys the financial services market, and who is experienced in taking a proactive lead.
What will you be doing?
1. Proactively generate new client business through research, calling and networking
2. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
3. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
4. Build and strengthen client relationships with new and existing clients
5. Resolve any issues to maintain and strengthen client trust
6. Support the successful onboarding of new clients
7. Utilise our internal systems to report on and analyse trends in sales data
Qualifications
1. Proven success in proactively managing accounts and building successful long-term relationships with clients, preferably in a similar industry e.g., Finance, FinTech, Platforms, Wealth Management or Financial Advice
2. Ability to multitask, excellent planning and organisational skills
3. Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
4. Analytical, with strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and make clear decisions
5. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
6. Strong team player with excellent people skills
7. Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment
8. Keen to get stuck in
