An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant to join Cobden Primary School on a fixed term basis. We are a diverse school serving a deprived area of Loughborough; working with us you can make a real difference to the young people and families we work with. The role of LSA within the school is an important and rewarding role, it provides vital support to those students who need it and the opportunity to access learning as part of the usual school day. We are looking to appoint a well-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing high quality provision to our pupils and support to the Teachers within the school. The post holder will be required to work with whole classes, small groups and SEN pupils on an individual 1:1 basis. The role is a rewarding one with the successful candidates having the opportunity to positively develop and encourage our pupils in both their academic and social life. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their own practice with the support of a close-knit team. Cobden Primary School has great transport links with the train station a 5 minute walk away.
