You will play a key role in driving the organisation's growth by developing compelling, high-quality proposals and managing a range of complex opportunities. This role will also involve establishing a group-wide bids function to support tenders across multiple companies within the wider group. Day to Day Lead the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to submission and post-bid reviews. Manage, mentor, and develop the Bids team to deliver high-quality proposals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create bespoke, client-centric bid responses. Drive continuous improvement across bid processes, content libraries, and internal systems. Develop and deliver compelling renewal strategies to support client retention. Provide strategic insights into bid outcomes, market trends, and business opportunities. Present bid proposals to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership. YOU? Proven experience leading bids teams within a fast-paced, commercial professional services environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing or mentoring teams. Commercially astute with a "win all bids" mindset. Experience within the healthcare, wellbeing, or counselling sectors is desirable but not essential.
