Join a brilliant team in Windsor We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced, growing business in the heart of Windsor. This is a key admin role, supporting the wider sales and field teams, keeping operations running smoothly, and making sure everyone has what they need to perform at their best. If you're a natural multitasker who thrives on variety - from handling logistics and preparing reports to coordinating recruitment and onboarding - this role offers fantastic scope and development. Key Responsibilities: • Track NPS feedback and flag customer insights to drive service improvements.• Provide daily support to the Licensed Sector Controller and Regional Sales Managers.• Maintain up-to-date records for team members, including annual driving licence checks.• Prepare and distribute weekly performance reports for BAs, BDEs and KAEs.• Support recruitment efforts: post job ads, screen CVs, arrange interviews, and manage new starter onboarding.• Ensure team expenses are processed in line with payroll timelines.• Provide absence cover for the Senior Support Executive.• Collate and share weekly team feedback and performance updates. About You: • Previous experience in administration, ideally in a sales or marketing environment.• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.• Excellent written and verbal communication.• High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.• Comfortable managing confidential data and using CRM or expense systems.• Confident working independently and supporting a wider team.• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
