Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys Analyze user research data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement Create clear and concise user research reports and insights Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure user needs are prioritized Contribute to the development of user-centered design principles and practices Facilitate and participate in design sprints to rapidly iterate on product ideas Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a User Researcher within a digital or government context Strong understanding of user research methodologies and tools Familiarity with design sprint methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely Experience working in Agile environments Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
