OTT Financial Inc. is seeking a highly competent and experienced Vice President-Human Resources to lead and oversee the company’s Human Resources function.
Duties :
Reporting directly to the CEO of the company, the Vice President-Human Resources has the following responsibilities :
1. Developing, implementing, and managing human resources strategies and policies concerning hiring and succession planning to support the company’s overall objectives;
2. Hiring, guiding and evaluating Human Resources executive managers;
3. Overseeing the company’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes;
4. Designing and monitoring employee benefit, payroll, health and safety programs;
5. Liaison across the company to ensure the workforce remains engaged and productive;
6. Creating and monitoring training and mentoring programs for employees’ professional development;
7. Preparing reports and recommendations for the CEO using business metrics and KPIs;
8. Recommending new and improved measures for performance evaluations;
9. Managing employee and labour relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Qualifications required :
1. At least seven years of senior HR leadership experience is required;
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
3. In-depth knowledge about local and international Human Resource processes, employment legislation, and legal regulations;
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Ability to mediate, negotiate and arrive at equitable solutions;
6. Ability to handle all situations with diplomacy;
7. Excellent organization and time management skills.
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : $175,000.00 per year
