Your Role
As a Diagnostic Technician, you will possess all the normal skills and qualities of a qualified Technician but will also have the skill set to diagnose and repair the more complex technical issues that present themselves. This will enable you to keep our customers’ vehicles on the road, via quality, safe and compliant maintenance. The right candidate will be able to deliver an exceptional service and to the highest quality.

Experience and Qualifications
* Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in LCV Vehicle Repair and maintenance preferred - Will accept Technicians with Passenger Car experience.
* Current and full UK driving licence for the relevant vehicle classes.
* Ability to identify worn & faulty components in accordance with the DVSA Standards.
* Practical experience in an After Sales environment.
* Complete customer documentation while working to agreed time scales.
* A brilliant team player.
* Positive attitude and flexible with workloads.
* Experience in carrying out diagnostic and service repairs.
