In this role, you will contribute to the development, testing, and deployment of advanced AI models and systems that power innovative solutions in the audio-visual space. Key Responsibilities:
* AI Model Development: Help design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.
* Model Evaluation: Test and validate AI models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
* Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
* Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of AI models and processes for ongoing development.
* Innovation: Stay ahead of AI advancements and propose new solutions to enhance capabilities.
* Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to AI models and systems to ensure high performance.
* Continuous Learning: Keep developing your skills in AI and machine learning technologies.
Qualifications
Required:
* Proficiency in Python
* Experience with the PyTorch framework
* Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software development
* Experience in managing large datasets and optimizing data pipelines
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a passion for AI-driven solutions
* Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Nice to have:
* Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus
* Published research in AI, especially related to speech/audio-visual AI
* Expertise in any of the following areas:
* Experience with optimization and signal processing (statistics, probability, linear algebra)
* Expertise in novel model architectures like deep learning, generative models, transformers, etc.
* Knowledge of audio and spectral analysis techniques
* Familiarity with multimodal embeddings and cross-modal transformers
* Experience with model efficiency techniques (quantization, pruning)
* Familiarity with TTS models (VITS, FastSpeech), lip-sync (Wav2Lip)
* Experience with CUDA, TensorRT, and low-level optimization
* Experience with distributed model training (multi-GPU, TPU, edge devices)
* Background in ASR (Whisper, Wav2Vec2), speaker separation, or prosody modelling
