Hours: Week 1 Monday to Friday 07:45 to 16:30 (1615 finish on Friday) Week 2 Monday to Thursday 07:45 to 16:30. Enjoy every other Friday off work

Role Overview:
Due to growth EMCOR UK are currently recruiting for Construction Managers on our largest defence account in Berkshire. As the Construction Manager you will plan, manage, monitor and coordinate health & safety in the construction phase of EMCOR UK project implementation.
What you will do:
* Liaising with the customer or their representatives.
* Liaising with the Principal Designers.
* Preparation of Construction Phase Plans.
* Organising contractors during implementation ensuring compliance to project programme.
* Providing site induction and start up meetings.
* Ensuring site is maintained to prevent unauthorised access and suitable welfare is available for use.
* Consult with work force on matters of Health Safety.
* To support all aspects of project implementation through all phases of implementation.
* To assist in the supply of all supporting installation and commissioning documentation upon completion of works.
* Identify and feedback continues improvements, innovations or ways in which the team could operate more efficiently.
* Successfully manage the delivery of installations
What you will need:
* Demonstrate a suitable amount of experience working in the Built Environment with a proven track record in planning, managing, and monitoring construction work.
* Demonstrate an exceptional level of awareness and understanding in construction environment, safety and health regulations and legislation.
* Construction/Build Environment Qualification such as NVQ Level 6, ONC, HNC, HND OR Degree Level aligned to their discipline/specialism.
* Hold an appropriate industry recognised safety scheme, e.g., CSCS Managers card, CCNSG Safety Passport card or suitable equivalent
* Completed the Site Managers/Supervisors Safety Training Scheme. (SMSTS, SSSTS.)
* Be mobile with full UK Driving License.
* Must be able to obtain and retain SC and or DV clearance
