Salary: Grade 2 Points 5 to 11 (£25,331 to £27,839 per annum)

West Lothian College is looking to appoint an Information Point Assistant within the Information Systems and Digital Infrastructure faculty. You will provide professional frontline support services, signposting and providing information to staff, visitors, and students throughout their learner journey. You will undertake a wide variety of tasks, dealing with first line enquiries in accordance with college procedures, responding to information requests from all campus customers. You will become a valuable member of the Information Systems Team, providing an efficient and effective service to the college staff, students, and visitors.
You will be educated to SCQF Level 5 or higher, possess good IT skills, and preferably have experience using Microsoft Office applications. This role will ideally suit a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic individual who can work well under pressure and use their own initiative. As this is a frontline service role, it is essential that you have first-class customer service skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
