Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Riseley Green School. As part of our continued growth, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a facilities professional to make a significant impact on the daily lives of our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the facilities team and provide day-to-day supervision for planned and responsive repair programs, domestic tasks, and catering duties.
* Evaluate and ensure that facilities provided meet high standards at all times and that the facilities team exercise their full responsibilities, duties, and tasks.
* Coordinate capital and operational expenditure, monitoring and auditing schedules of work and the quality of completed projects.
* Develop cost-effective contracts with external providers and review them regularly to ensure optimal value.
* Prioritize and organize planned and responsive workload for all areas of responsibility, ensuring maximum economy and efficiency in all works.
Essential Requirements:
* Full UK driver's license.
* Good numeracy and literacy skills.
