To undertake Phlebotomy activities following training if necessary and demonstration of competency, delegated by the relevant profession. To work without direct supervision undertaking tasks delegated by the relevant profession in order to support the team. To deliver high quality care to patients / service users within the home and clinic setting, respecting patients / service users. To ensure that consent is obtained before any intervention is implemented Respect the patient / service user and carers as individuals respecting privacy and dignity at all times Undertake a range of delegated basic clinical and technical procedures following relevant training and demonstration of competency. Be responsible in delivering and supporting direct patient / service user care and escalate concerns to appropriate clinician. Maintain confidentiality of all information gained during course of duty. Work flexibly to meet individual health care needs of the patient / service user and carer. Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa. Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change.
