Our large Property Maintenance Client is looking to recruit a Resdient Liaison Officer.
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm) Mobile Role / Office Based (Kentish Town)
Basic Salary: £30,000 p/a
Job Responsibilities include:
* From time to time be willing and available to attend TRA meetings (evenings and/or weekends) and other work-related meetings to meet the needs of the business or the contract commitments.
* Perform property and appliance condition surveys, including photographs, before work commences
* Keep tenants fully informed about ongoing building works and programs.
* Conduct pre-work visits to introduce and explain the scope of work, providing residents with essential information packs and contact details.
* Identify high-risk or vulnerable residents and tailor work plans to meet their specific needs.
The ideal candidate for the Resident Liaison Role role must have the following:
* Essential - experience of applying excellent customer service through effective stakeholder engagement.
* Essential - sound understanding of customer care to all types of residents (including vulnerable residents and those with special needs)
* Essential – a sound knowledge of working with the Microsoft Office suit (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Essential - minimum 3 years of working in a customer service-focused role
* Essential - proven track record of successfully and effectively liaising with multiple parties to provide a service with key objectives.
* Essential - experience in working to tight deadlines and in a sometimes-pressurised environment.
* Full clean UK Driving licence (As this is a mobile role and requires the role holder to use a vechile)
