Main Duties:
As a Finance Manager, your main duties include:
* Financial Reporting: Manage the reporting of UK and international legal entities, including the preparation and filing of statutory accounts.
* Audit Management: Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
* Balance Sheet Accounting: Substantiate, report, and forecast balance sheet ledgers.
* Intercompany: Report and reconcile intercompany balances, resolving discrepancies promptly.
* Cash Management: Conduct cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and other treasury activities to ensure adequate funding for the UK business.
* Process Improvements: Maintain and enhance robust internal controls, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of procedures.
* Leadership: Mentor and develop a small team.
* Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
